Just got some new chickens.. She might be a he?

Hi I just got 2 Amerecauna hens, but we think one might be a rooster? It doesn’t seem to have a spur but looks different than the other hen. Any experts that can help?

Thanks I picked him out of the “hens only coop” bc of the pretty markings. But we were only looking for hens. Thankfully he hasn’t crowed yet, guess I need to exchange him :/
