Do you think it's all right if I put them in with the 4 I hatched on Thanksgiving?

Somewhere on BYC, there is a thread about this.... says that you can easily put them together at this age. They will probably act like 2 separate little flocks for a while, but that's okay! Good luck

I would quarantine a week or two and then combine.

I'm presuming these are day-old chicks from a hatchery... I wouldn't bother quarantining them.
