I'm just proud of my wacky little crazyface lady. This is her third egg. She made an enormous fuss all afternoon before successfully laying this.

They make me nervous too when they are looking in every corner of the yard and end up in the nest boxes. They sure like to make a big deal about looking for the best spot to lay an egg.

And after all that, she ended up laying her egg on the floor of the coop (after having gone in and out of every nest box a few times). We're going to work on that, I guess.
