just hatched 15 baby call ducks (pics added)

Went out this morning and found 15 baby ducks running around with mom. They must of hatched over night. We checked last night and nothing, this morning 15. She hatched every one of her eggs and at the same time. Pretty amazing. It was her first clutch. Daddy duck is very proud walking around with his chest all puffed out. A few quick questions. Will they need any extra heat, the nights are still in the 40 degree area. we are getting baby duck food for them and will put a small water dish out for them. When will they start going in the water? The tub we have for the adults is fairly high to get up to and the water level is 3 inches below the top. Any help is greatly appricated.

cool just put a pie dish wish chick starter so they can run into it. and if they all fit under her to hatch, then they dont need any heat they will sleep under her. how the heck did a little call duck hatch 15 eggs?? pics??????? will you sell me some calls? what color are they i have snowys and whites and grays

Oh they're so cute! impressive number of babies for her to hatch, Calls are so determined with everything they do I just love them. I have a black and white Call hen who mated with a very big Lavender Runner drake. I have no idea how they did that but she surprised me with 7 ducklings, the stinker. Congratulations on your happy brood!.
