This baby just hatched. It looks like something is wrong. I thought it was the yolk sac. It looks like her insides. Any suggestions

It's hard to tell but I've had a couple hatch that drug around part of their sac for an hour or two. I'd keep the humidity up in there and let it rest.
This morning I put her in a clean warm brooder. What ever she was dragging is still attached but dried up significantly. She is so frail, walking. Would she still be alive if it were part of her insides? She made a horrible mess inside the incubator there was a lot of blood at first. Before and after.

That looks like yolk sac and I have had a lot of chicks hatch with this. Because it is so dry I would cut it off.

Looks like it dried right up.

I'd be sure she's getting plenty to drink as she most likely did not absorb all what she should have and is going to be weak for a few days because of it. I'd put some Hydro-Hen or other type electrolytes in her water or even just a small amt of honey. That should perk her up.
