One of our hens has hatched 9 Guinea Fowl. Very exciting.
Last year we got a bantam to hatch 6 eggs. She was such a good attentive mother and looked after them for about 6 months. She didn't really have a choice as the guinea's followed her everywhere, they got very over excited when she started laying eggs!
We chose to not use the guinea's to hatch the eggs as apparently not very good mothers.
