Just Have To Share This

I would show the gutting process on there that would help hahahaha people are amazing!!!! btw I bought 4 of your cones after I saw the pic on e-bay,to me it was practical application not just a guy that makes cones, he actually uses them, that was a seller for me so blow those people off and keep doing it great job!!!

The way our world is these days, people think they have an unmitigated right to live their entire lives without ever being "offended."

I wish I had known you sold them before I spent 40 bucks on mine!

Its funny how the freedom of speech gives people the right to tell someone else what is right or wrong, I think your cones are the most humane way to get the job done.
You should of ask this person if she processes her own birds and how they do it that is more humane that your cones,
Or do they just go to KFC or the store to get their chicken meat?
Keep up the good job. And keep sell the cones

Yeah, I couldn't resist checking it out either. Seriously, the pic is sooo tiny and you do have to scroll over it to make it larger, then click on it to make it larger still. If that is graphic, then I really hope she doesn't watch tv! Numbskulls!

Thanks everyone- I still haven't heard from her again since I offered to creatively help her with her feedback rating. Since I haven't heard from eBay either, I'm assuming they weighed the amount of fees they make from me, compared to the level of crazy in her and told her to get bent.

I agree, I think this picture is helpful for scale. I really like these cones. I am going to have to see if I can find your auctions. I need a cone and I think these are just the right size for me.

As far as this person goes. I don't know what kind of eggs she sells but I wonder if anyone has ever used one of your cones to butcher one of their birds from her eggs? Wouldn't she rather they know how the cones work? lol.

I am going to buy your cones- they look great. By the way the "graphic" picture was the most helpful of all. Did you screw the cross piece into the tree? And what are the dimensions of the wood? It seems like a good set up so I am going to copy it. If you have any tips for keeping it steady for turkeys, that would be apreciated too.

As for the commentator- well, what can we say, people are strange. I have even read some things on these boards that make me scratch my head. I wish I had as much spare time as they did though...

I am one of the squeamish, and I have to tell you, that pic didn't freak me one bit. And I'm someone that doesn't like to even be in a room where graphic video games are being played.

Frankly, if that's all it takes to rock her world, she should hit her knees and thank God her life is so cushy!

Thanks- as for the wood, pretty much anything will work. I just wanted to give them a flat surface to sit against. You could even use a tree. I took (2) 2x2's, crossed them, then screwed on a piece of OSB big enough to let the cones both sit on it. I am not near the setup right now, so I can't really measure it, but like I said, as long as they both sit on it, the exact size doesn't matter much. The top is screwed into the tree, and the bottom is angled to a point and driven into the ground.

curious..are the edges of your cones made to where they wont slice your fingers off? they look great but i wonder if the edges are sharp, or if you have finished them in some way as to make them..not sharp?
