QUESTION!

How would you hang these acoustic panels without completely destroying the wall? They are made of felt and pretty thick (as shown in 2nd photo). The manufacturer suggested construction adhesive. Yeah, right. These puppies are coming with us when we move, and I HATE patching drywall.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Double sided tape or contact strips.

I need to shop around a bit. I have this heavy duty 3m tape I use for hanging things on vinyl siding, but that would strip the latex paint. Plus the panels only weigh 1-2 lbs. 🤔

Got a couple of solid ideas out of this thread!:yesss:

I've seen Alien Tape advertised as reusable, double sided tape, just rinse it off. So it would probably turn loose without ruining the paint. Claims it sticks to about anything. I've never tried it myself.

QUESTION: I’ve a YouTube channel where I upload videos of my trips and such.
I’d like a public gallery (like youtube, but for photos) to share photos as well, but I’m not sure if such a thing exists?

All I’ve seen is geared toward professional photographers. I’m just trying to share some of my photos with the old ladies at church and anyone else who’s interested.

I'm pretty sure Flickr allows albums that you could share a link to. I'm assuming that's still free and not a paid feature?

I'm not sure about one that links with youtube (maybe goog photos somehow).

https://www.flickr.com/ (Free and paid options)
https://www.smugmug.com/ (paid options, this is what I use for my own site)
https://www.viewbug.com (subscription, start at $7 monthly). I also maintain a presence here.

You can probably also look at imgur but the options for things like galleries and albums are mostly non-existant on imgur
