Eggs were laid 08/04 - 08/06. LAST CHANCE! This morning these birds were moved to the layer coop for the season.

I am not sure what all you have been saying? I think you mean this...(maybe I am a bit denser because I fell tonight and injured my knees and I am laying here with ice packs on them and can not move after taking 800 motrim?
You mean you invented the rules because you started a thread? So, does this mean you ignore backyard chicken site rules because you started a thread on the BYC site and you are dictating how the thread and site is run? I am asking because I do not understand and need things spelled out for me. I am not being a smarty pants so please do not misinterpret. I try and explain things to others and they give back handed compliments so please dont do that. I am serious. Are you inventing your own rules and does BYC agree to this? Does that mean we can start our own threads and make up our own rules? Please explain as I know some things but I dont know it all! Thank you in advance for explaining how this site and thread works.

As is stated in the first post of this thread, ALL BYC rules apply to this thread. In addition to the general site rules, some additional rules apply (e.g. minimum number of posts, minimum length of time as a member). The additional rules only apply to this thread.

There is another 24 hour auction thread on BYC with different rules, as well as all of the other auctions and buy it now sales in the BST section of BYC. If you wanted to start your own thread in the BST section for sales/trades only in a specific state, for example, it would most likely be ok, as long as it followed all the BYC site rules. That said, I would suggest running the idea for the thread by a moderator in PMs ahead of time just to make sure everything was above board.
