Tabasco is for sissies.
It's not even slightly hot.
Actually....... While in the college dorms, we have a cafeteria attached to Bruce Hall... I worked in it for a few semesters.
We did an experiment with 2 bottles of tobasco.
I opened one bottle and used some of it , not much. Maybe 1/8 cup? And then let it sit open for a few days to breathe. Then capped it and sat it atop a cabinet in the Veg prep area. It sat. A bottle from the same case stayed sealed. Sat next to the once opened bottle. At the end of the semester reopened the one for a quick sniff and a taste test on a french fry. No noticable change. End of 2nd semester, re-opened to test smell.

Ohhhh, n-i-c-e! Tasted, it's got more bite now. Sealed it up and waited through the rest of the summer to test in the fall opening.
So almost a year goes by and the sealed bottle and opened one get side by side tested.
Sealed bottle. A year later, No change.
Reopened bottle, a definite improvement in tang and bite.
A few of us used it up. Didn't last very long. However, it was a fun experiment.

If you scale a good, fresh jalapeno at 82 on the hotness scale and the habenero is like 360-something on this same scale.
Original tobacco is something like a 60?
A Green pepper is a whopping 20 on this scale for reference.

I'd say the delayed gratification Tabasco was easily above the 82.

Siss level.

i think the kickin wing sauce was 10/10/5 reaper, habanero, serrano with spice and peaches! really good flavor but 🥵
So in making the batch you used 10 each & 5 serrano peppers? Is that correct decoding of your math?

Oh and yellow or white peaches?
