Hi my name is Jonathan. Ive just started my flock. Ive had chickens before but have been without for a few years. I have 3rir and 3 barred rock chicks

Congratulations on beginning your poultry adventures! You have picked out two very good breeds. Both Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rocks should be excellent layers with decent temperaments, too. I've greatly enjoyed my Rhode Island Red.
