Just Lay Already!

Here's the deal, my hens are 18 weekers and still not laying, I am getting frustrated and wondered why there are still no eggs. I thought I heard an egg song yesterday, but still nothing. Any ideas about what is wrong here? I have provided everything.

What breed are they? Some breeds take up to 6 months to start laying

18 weeks is still really early for most breeds.

I have had birds begin laying most often between 24-26 weeks while a few have been at 20 weeks and others closer to 8-10 MONTHS.

Buff orpingtons will not lay at 18 weeks. The earliest theyll lay is around 24 weeks. Even my production birds didnt lay until 20 weeks. 1 just started laying last week at 24 weeks.
