So, I don't fully understand. Am I allowed to fridge eggs before incubating? I want to pile up of eggs so that I don't incubate one at a time. If I can, how long can they be chilled? The temp of the fridge is around 28-30 F but is can be adjusted.

Refrigerating eggs you intend to incubate greatly reduces their chances of being viable. If you want to store eggs for incubation, just leave them at room temperature. They keep for about ten days at room temperature before fertility starts to decline.
Perfect!

The ideal temperature to store hatching eggs is between 5º and 10º Centigrade (40º to 50º Fahrenheit). if you have a fridge that can be adjusted to that temperature, you can store them there. Same rule applies though, the longer you keep them, the worse the hatch rate. You might want to try this though..
