Just missed a photo-op

Walked into my chicken coop this evening to close everyone in for the night, and my goose ezmerelda was laying with two showgirl chicks next to her, and one laying on her back! She looked quite content and cozy.

So much for geese being territorial with chickens. . .
I am going to have to start carrying the camera out to the coop every time I go--I can't believe I didn't get this on film!

Gosh I wish you would have gotten that picture!! I seem to always leave my camera in the house when something good happens!
