I'm finally getting my baby shikkinssss

Yep - check out the raising baby chicks section of the learning center. Gives ya a good checklist of things you need for your brooder. The main thing is that for the first little bit - they need heat, water, food- and not too much handling. I pick up my new babies (5 days old now) a couple times a day just to check for pasty tush - but other than that - I just watch and enjoy. I talk to them a lot too. They've started peeping loudly when I come in the room cause they hear me squeak the wood floor. It's very sweet. Read up on it - and everyone has been SO helpful with advice! Congrats on the new additions! I can't wait to see pictures!
