Good for you. I have a 15 week roo that I need to do. Temps so hot here not really ready to do it, but if his personality goes around the corner I will have to do it hot temps or not.

I'm in Texas so I hear you on the temps! I started mine the other day before the sun even came up. Holy cow the bugs were bad.

I plucked the birds. Heat water to 145-150 and dunk them for about a minute. Feathers come off with a little tug. The flight feathers take the most work, man those things are long!​
