I'm fairly new to the poultry and fowl world. Chickens are my husband's, and the guineas and quail are my pets.

We have a set of 'auction special' chickens, lavender guineas, coturnix and english white quail.
I'm a stay at home mom of one, she's nine months old. We live in rural Pennsylvania, and our desire is to get to the point that we're a mostly self-sustained farm.
I do alot of canning, quilting and reading when I get the chance, but mostly I chase after my daughter and try to teach her how to pet the bunnies nicely.
Yes, I have 3 house rabbits. They're all well trained except for the chewing of wires....

Ahhh the bunnies. I had two house rabbits myself, years ago. They are such a joy. Energy, energy, energy, and then, plop, out for a catnap. I hear you about the wires, though, had to be very inventive about that. Does yours have their own special drawer in the fridge too?
