So other than chickens I have pedigreed Rex rabbits that I will be taking to shows this summer, guinea pigs, dairy goats, a barn cat, two livestock guardian dogs, and one really old really spoiled rescue labradoodle. I really want to get into turkeys and have been looking for Narraganset or Sweetgrass turkey eggs (or any other heritage, motherly turkey). I'm also going to be getting back into ducks soon as a friend will be giving me some Khaki Campbell hatching eggs. I also want to get back into white chinese geese, and jumbo coturnix quail. And one day when I have my big barn built ill get cows and mammoth donkeys.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've known about BYC for years but never had the courage to join, now that im getting more serious about chickens I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to finally join.
