Email this posting to every news media source you can find in Washington State.
Send this email to everyone you know then have them forward this to everyone they know if everyone send responses emails to him it will likely crash his email server.

This person hasn't done anything wrong yet. Threatening to shoot a dog and
shooting a dog is two different things.
Just go over to the BYC predator and pest page and you will see plenty of post
there with people either saying they are going to shoot a dog or have already shot
a dog and about as many will be using the blessed SSS when it comes to a dog.
Dead is dead and it's not much different if it is killed in a shelter or if by someone
who knows what they are doing with a gun. A clean kill with a gun is just as
humane as pumping one full of drugs.

There is nothing wrong with the dog medically or physically according to the person that posted the ad......so he needs to take the dog to an animal shelter or give it for free to someone. there are still ACs in America that euthanize with a shotgun. I guess it depends on your area. Where I grew up, the most humane thing to do with an unwanted dog was to take it out and shoot it. Quick and painless for the dog vs being locked in a small cramped over-crowded place. It was considered the proper thing, to take responsibility for the animal you owned.

Yeah - this guy isn't saying hes going to shoot the dog because it has nowhere to go or whatever - he says he'll shoot it unless he can get someone to give him money. It may not be against the law, but it sure is immoral and disgusting.
I dont think shooting a dog is humane at all.

Like I said in my last post it is not about the method it is about how is using it as leverage and not trying everything possible to find the dog a home and basically demanding money or he will kill it, (kinda) black mail or extortion, is the way I see it. Pulling at peoples heart strings....makes me very mad actually.
He should either give the dog away to a good home for FREE or take to animal shelter period.
