Okay I was just making sure, because if you cross two tuxedos you will get a lot of browns due to them being hybrids. The best way to get tuxedos is to cross a tux with a white.

cool. I knew I could cross tiebetans and whites and get some tuxedos. I have about 8 whites that I'm keeping for breeding from my first two batches from JJ. I didnt get any whites out of my Florida Ebay eggs.

When you cross a brown with a white you will get mostly browns, a few tuxedoes, and some whites. You get mostly browns because the white gene is recessive so it has less of a chance of appearing in the offspring. You cross a tux to a white because the tux already carries the white gene, and the white is recessive so you will get almost all tuxedoes and whites. No matter how you cross them you will still get some browns or some whites.

Good to know, the ones im hatching from my crew (if they are fertil yet) will be all mutts cuzz they are all colors. Could have about 11 females. so far im up to 4 eggs in one day.
