Just sharing some pictures of my chickies - Pic heavy

When ever we walk up to the pen they fly up to the side of it at us lol

These are 10 Buff Orpingtons and 5 Barn Yard mixes


We have a bunch of these black chicks they are a cross between a light Brahma roo and Barred rock chicken.

Your chicks are so cute! In the first picture one is sticking its head out of the fence... Looks like they're growing to like you already!

lol yea they are always sticking their head out through the holes. Thankfully their mommy is in there with them and any time
one of the cats come by she fluffs up like a puffer fish and swaqs and flaps her wings till the chickies all run hide under their dog house.

She does that any time a bird flies over top also we had to put mesh over the top cause we have too many hawks in the area.

Every morning when we put fresh feed in they all follow in a line against the fence.

Their momma has been teaching them to fly off the top of the dog house lol I will get pictures of her doing it soon
as I can catch her while she is doing it.

Very interesting! It should be a form of art, I've been able to take some absolute gems by not holding the camera still enough
I think it's cute how you can see that chick, in the middle of all the other stuff.

ah, it's been too long since I photographed my chickens. I just took a few pics, I might upload them now.
