True, geese can be very mean sometimes..especially ganders during mating season. Let's wait til these innocent little balls of fluff become big and bossy.Those babies could not be cuter!
Makes me want some goslings of my own -- although my I don't think my American Buffs would appreciate having more geese here. Gussie and Golly believe they are queens of all they survey and aren't good at sharing -- anything.

When mine had day olds I kept them inside in a brooder until they were 3 weeks old I took them out every day so the parents could see them and my gander who never paid a bit of attention to where he was going couldn't step on them. Once they were 3 weeks they got to have them overnight and for good. They were sturdy enough and were able to stay out of Papa gooses way.Thank you.
