Just wanting to make sure of gendar

Oh, you were saying you didn't know what you are looking for between a male and female... this is the best way... If this bird is a male, he'll start growing in saddle feathers like the ones below...

so I pulled some feathers this morning from the chicken in question the other hen and my easter egger rooster. The EE is then one on the left and the chicken in question is in the center. I can see how pointed a rooser hackel feathers are. But this chicken is so confusing

1. Cockerel
2. Pullet

The first chicken (cockerel). Notice how his coloring is so much lighter than the pullet? In BRs, the darker coloring is a pullet, the lighter coloring is male. That is a very good indicator, along with other things. Also note how big and red his comb and wattles are, when the pullet has very small comb, and it isn't even red. It is a little strange he doesn't have eminent saddle feathers, but in his tail, I can see rooster feathers growing. He also has pointy hackle feathers, which indicates a male.

Would a male pelvis be able to fit two fingers in pelvic home area? Cause I can fit two fingers in the pelvic bone area of the chicken in question. My other 4 month old rooster I can't. I'm really wanting to make sure cause if it's a rooster it's going to be culled.
