Your first one, if it is a sex-link, would most likely be a hen. I've seen my neighbors chickens with combs that big and they were hens. Your second one is a black-sex link. Also a hen. I could be wrong about the first one, but I am sticking with my opinion

Gosh you're right it does look like a fayoumi hen....definitely a off spring of it if not the real deal....as for the first chicken...it acts just like a rooster only no crowing...really tries to dominate the run and is always trying to steal all the treats!

I am pretty sure that the 1st one is a Golden Sex-Link Pullet/Hen. It is the wrong color for a roo.

I'm seeing pullet on the first one too. I'm seeing no pointy saddle feathers, a pretty pullet tail, and the wrong colors for red sex-link. If it's around 6 months old, it should be obviously a roo if it is a sex-link roo. My red sex-links were obviously roos by a month old, and they were all white until they were 8 weeks or so....
