just wondering **Graphic surgery pics**

If a hair from a dog lodged in your finger whilst working (grooming said dog), then I would say yes, it is a workers comp issue.

Now if you have your own dogs and groom them too, then they may ask for proof that it happened at your work.......

This is clearly a worker's comp. claim. The employer is not penalized by a worker's comp. claim...that's what they have insurance for.

I do think you should wear gloves if the clipped hair is as sharp as you report and can puncture your skin. You might check the requirements for your state.

Well..that's a new one on me. I groomed dogs and cats for 15 years and worked for a Vet for many years and :epnever saw such a thing, let alone had it happen to me.

I used to groom my own schnauzer any many times found lodged hairs under my bra, but was able to retrieve them before they worked their way the rest of the way in.

One of my best friends is a beautician and she finds them all the time.

I worked at a doctor's office, hospital, not much bothers me. But, I was wondering about:

#1 Who took the pictures
#2 Where did the biopsy take place?

We had a golden retriever at one time, and his fur was like little splinters. I was constantly having to pull it out of my feet. Ouchie!
