Just wondering if they will be ok

I have quail eggs and wondering if they were at 98.8 lastnight you all think they will be ok they are back at 99.3-99.5 jw

Short spikes and or dips in temps generally don't harm the growing embryo's. Eggs have a lot of mass and the temps inside don't change all that fast. They were probably a bit cold but ok. This may only delay your hatch by a day. Keep on going and keep us posted as to what hatches!
