Just wondering what breeder?

So i was at a feed store today looking at there chickens and they had a hen there that caught my eye. I dont know the breed and i haven't see one that looked like her, she was beautiful. She was white with some black spotting like a painted, and feathered feet. The comb was a single. Any thoughts? I was thinking painted brahma but the comb was wrong and is there that color?

But i thought cochins have feathers all around there legs. These were only on the outside of the leg.

Quality cochins have profusely feathered legs. Not all cochins are quality.
