Free-Range Gal
This is one of those questions that probably no one can answer, but I thought I'd put it out there. I have a flock of older hens (no pullets). One (or two) of my hens are laying small eggs (like pullet eggs). I would love to find out which two are doing it, because I have no bannies or pullets right now. Any suggestions to figure it out?
I was afraid that was what I'd hear...I am hoping to catch them in the act. If my hens were no all t so old I could tell by their leg color which ones were older and put them in a separate area till I figured it out, but that's impossible right now. It will just have to be a waiting game. Thank you!
