The REAL scary part?..He'll be out very quick and they'll be other little missing girls that noone will ever see again...
People like that should NOT be allowed out again..EVER!
I just cant understand WHY they keep letting these sickos out.... something is so frickin wrong with our justice system..

Just last week one of my neighbors we letting their little girl (who is probably only in the first grade) run up and down the really BUSY street. I think that letting a little girl run up and down the street is dangerous and the PARENT should be with her.
