Our flock has always been pretty small. We currently have 2 drake's and 2 girls, though we keep the boys separated so the girls can have some peace. Our youngest duck Basil was best buddies with the girl we lost so I'm thinking it would be good getting her another girl for company.
We let them all run in the yard in the evenings while we clean their pool etc and just watch them play. Both of our boys like our other female and chase Basil away when she tries to forage with them and I know she'd be happy to have a pal again at some point.
If you would be willing in the Spring to possibly sell us a female duckling that would be amazing! We had a fun time hatching before and would like to do it again as well but we can't handle any more boys here. Lol, those boys can be so sweet sometimes and just big jerks other times
We wouldn't have any fertile eggs to trade since the boys are always separate but I would be more than happy to pay if you would be interested.
I would also be more than happy to send you pics of our run and coop. I'm thinking of rehoming our one drake and would ask the same of any home he would go to. Just feels better to know they are going to a good place

Your WH ducks are so beautiful but be very careful of predators from above. We live near you in Dallas right on the Douglasville line and there are tons of hawks as well as some falcons and owls. I lost my favorite all-white runner to a falcon while I was out there in the yard near them.
