Thalassa was listening from up in a distant tree, but her curiousity led her to hop down and listen more closely. She was very excited to hear about how to become a warrior, so excited, that she could just envision herself fighting alongside the most famous and strong of the warriors. She felt butterflies in her stomach as she listened, her eyes twinkling with delight. Her curiousity and excitement led her to finally ask the question she'd wanted to ask for years. "M-May I become a warrior?", she asked shyly.

"What about these?" Sanga angled her feet so her battle claws shone in the light. "Oh, and if you have these," she flexed her talons. "Than you can make this." She scratched her metal coverings against a rock and put a stick to the spark, making a torch.

"The battle claws. Oh, and a deminstration." Sanga flew into the woods, hidden. Suddenly she was swooping quickly downward towards Amaya. With a battle cry she put out her claws, gaining speed every second. She changed direction at the last moment, missing Amaya by a feather.
 
Thalassa eagerly said, "Okay, I'm ready to get started.", she was nearly shaking. "Of course you may.", the words echoed through her head over and over again. This was it. She finally took the first step, and she will soon become the warrior she always wanted to be.
