Also, how do I set it up in my brooder? I've seen some images on how it looks in other brooders, however, just can't grasp still how to set it. Could anyone help me with this?

Looks like they just sit on it? Probably could mount it to something to have it go above them, but you'll still find chicks sitting on top of it anyhow.
