(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I don’t have any chickens right now, but my neighbor is teaching me about chickens and I will soon have two chickens of my own that she will give me.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Three in spirit from my neighbor haha
(3) What breeds do you have?
None, BUT SOON!
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They are so much fun and loving.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Resin art and embroidery
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live in Maryland and I’m a happily married mother of four. Our youngest was born this year in August. I have a dog, three cats, five ducks. I work as a technical writer for Microsoft and I love to make art and learn.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I have known about BYC from google searching these past few months. I see that there are some duck lovers here so I decided to join!
