Kalmbach: 16% Flock Maintenance or 20% Flock Maker?

I have a mixed flock, 23 hens (11 of them are 6-8 month pullets) and 1 rooster. They free range part time and have food available to them 24/7. Oyster shell offered on the side. Which of these would be a better choice, and why? Thank you!

I'd do the flock maker.

I use the flock maker because of the extra protein.
I think 16% protein is the minimum not necessarily what is best and everything I have read says a bit more protein is good.
Mine are spoiled pets so I am willing to pay the extra.

I feed Kalmbach Flock Maker, and have for about 2 years now. I like it, my chickens like it.
