I can have roosters if they are 100 yards from any building used by a human neighbor. My own dwellings and buildings are exempt.
The property beside me was recently sold. He has 10 acres. I have 3. From where he says he is going to build my new coop would be fine. But he hasn’t started yet and could change his mind. I could put it way at the end of the property and not worry about any of them. Winter chores would be a beast though.
My question is, he is an arms instructor and is putting in a gun range. I have severe ptsd-sp. Just the thought of gun fire scares the heck out of me, but I’m willing to use my earplugs when he is shooting. If he complains on my rooster noise, can I complain about his gun?
Guns have a higher decibel than a rooster. I’m willing to play nice if he is.
But I will raise Cain if he gives me problems.
