My daughter brought up a rooster to give us all we have to house him was a dog run and an old dog house we had to get a tarp to put over the top as I knew there were hawks around. I named him "Colonel Roo" he is so funny he crowed by standing on the roof of his "Apartment " a little over a week later she brought him a companion when she went in he was What took you so long to come? That night he was on top of his apartment where he always roosted and he was telling her to get up where he was she was busy taking a dirt bath so he had to wait! She got up and he was fine. Then it got cold one night she didn't care what he did she went inside! My husband went out and put him in he came right back out mumbling to my husband he got him in and covered the opening. In the morning he let them out. The next night he was chased him all over before getting him in, since then no trouble but you can tell he's king of the run crows from the top of his "Apartment "! Having fun with them! Hopefully soon we'll get a coop for them!
