Did you sneak in and scratch your initials in a corner after the crew left. When I did my driveway, on a section next to garden area, DW, and I along with 4 of our children did place handprints. I added date. It brings back pleasant memories when I see those.

We did this when we finished the garage floor! They were all so little!!!

Now all you need is for a chicken or a cat to wander down it & leave foot prints.

Like this??? Even if it had been fresh when I found them, there was no way I'd remove them!!!

It takes us long to get projects done because we kind of have to pay as we go. Haha. But we figure slow and steady wins the race.

I know what you're talking about, that's how we do it! We started building our home in 1992, moved in 1995 and have worked on finishing things ever since! We still have some things unfinished, but the kitchen needed some serious attention so, slow and steady on that project too!
