Are they all laying every day? I have 15 & right now I'm getting 6-8 per day!

The last week or so they all lay nearly every day! Since the weather improved!
They are young, the oldest four will be a year old in May. The five younger ones end of July.

I have a lot of eggs.

Can I suggest you use a few of those eggs and bake a Sally Lunn bread to go with that espresso in the morning,,,,,,,,, don't forget Cream Cheese, Neufchâtel, or butter.
I will be baking a few loaves tomorrow. DD#2 will drop by Sunday, so I like to send some home with her. I'm also making some home cheese now. Will curdle it sometime tomorrow afternoon, and press out. Queso Fresco.

I have nine hens, and they are ALL laying!
I have a lot of eggs.

And there are three more dozen in the refrigerator.

That is a lot of eggs. They are piling up here as well. We are averaging only 3 a day right now. Once it cranks up to 4 I don't know what I am going to do with them all. What a great problem that will be.
