The better you inform yourself,,, the better results are possible.

And I had the same experience today.
I went to two Walmart’s. Shelves are cleared out! I did see one water canner but I had wanted to see a few and compare. And no jars!
Is this part of the COVID thing? You know, like the toilet paper?

Yes it is. My mom cans constantly. She is desperate for some lids.

I just got supplies on Amazon but I essentially ordered ahead. They are not in stock. I figured i needed to grab them when I can.

I've been buying my canning supplies from Amazon.

Kat, just 28 days to go. When I incubate ducks and turkeys I set the temp to 99.8 and humidity at 45.

When it's time it will be nerve wracking. Ducks can take 24 hours from internal to external pip and then another 24-48 to zip and get out of the shell.

My humidity is close to 60.
How do I control the humidity? The directions I got weren’t precisely clear on that.
And from what I am reading, Muscovy ducks go 33 to 35 days. How will I accommodate for that?
I am reading all the information I can find. I just run into these small questions.
