More duck drama!
Mrs. Pete built a nest under the porch steps NEXT DOOR! 🤦‍♀️

Anyway, yesterday we found THIS.

Today, this baby hatched and he isn’t doing too well

Wendy (my neighbor) and I cleaned the dirt off of him, dried him and made a brooder for him. She has a nice plastic tub, and I had several lamps and a thermometer in my supply shed (which I affectionately refer to as “The Barn”).
We have it 90 degrees in there.

He is moving around so we’re hoping he rallies.
