We hadn't been to Kauai since before Hurricane Iniki struck and finally made it back there two summers ago. Of everything that was different post-hurricane, what I noticed the most were the ubiquitous chickens. Everywhere!!! Do they conveniently lay their eggs where you can find and use them?
