I did end up finding a reputable Ayam Cemani breeder. It cost more money and took a 4 hour round trip, but for a proper birds, it was worth it.
None of their birds do. Their Sumatra are all banged up. Their roosters look like they've been kept in cages. Their tails are pretty sad looking for full grown Sumatra.No offense to the owner.... but that bird doesn’t look very healthy.

The lady I got my birds from was awesome! She is a member her but has not been active for around 6 months. I sent her those pictures and she begged me not to buy that bird.
