DD1 saw some Silver Sebrights at the fair. Thought she wanted some. But they are SO small. Very pretty but I don't need to house birds that lay very few, tiny eggs a year. Wouldn't be able to keep them in the fenced area either since I suspect they could squeeze through a 2x4 opening and have NO trouble with the 4" section. Plus they can likely fly the 4' fence (with hotwire over top) anyway.While scrolling through my photo album on my phone, I found this picture. A little sebright cockerel I used to have.![]()
I hope they all hatch!4 KC mix eggs and 1 pastel call egg. (Ducks)...
After temp/humidity levels stabilize, I’ll be hoping they develop and hatch into ducklings in 28 days.![]()
