im too excited. Im not gonna be able to sleep. Turns out this wasnt the wet house the realtor thought it was. It's got a super dry and practically finished basement all it needs is flooring in the basement. And you know... A dedicated chicken coop. There are 3 out buildings and a place for a garden. And a pond for ducks if i want. And and and @u@
