I wouldn’t offer to pay for the feed, but giving them a free coop and some feed would be a great way to get him started on chicken keeping! You’re like the best aunt Kayla!

Well... alright, I’ll just give her some feed and a coop to get them started. He will be 5 in September, and they will be a PERFECT early birthday present!

Maybe you are joking about telling him the chickens are his without his mother's buy in first. I hope so.

I was kidding. If his mom says no, then it’s a no. He will just have more reasons to come and visit with me more often! :celebrate
