So far, this year's been pretty good. Getting back into running (kinda stinks, but glad I'm doing it), and I've got a little more free time, which is really nice.

Ooo do you have a running plan your following or just going til you can't?

I did c25k before there were days i hated it and i thought i was doing terribly and should give up, but those days turned out to be days where the numbers said i did better than any other day.

The day i got 5km in 30 min i was so hyped i ended up jumping up and down in the street and then running the last half a km to where i was headed.

I'm in a group, so we've got a running plan. When I try to run on my own with no plan, it usually doesn't happen.
And great job sticking with it! Yeah, the days where you feel the worst somehow end up being the best, somehow
