My chickens, have officially, went through, 50lbs of food in less than a week.

I really didn’t miss the quails. Hopefully I will sell them at the auction this Friday because at least that way they can’t come back to me... harsh way of thinking, but I really don’t like quails like I used to.

They’re not fighting... but still, I really just don’t see any appeal to them like I did. Oh well, I’ll at least sell all but maybe 3 of the girls.

How many do you have?? Mine were going through 50# every two weeks last winter, there were 18 of them.

I’ve lost count. Over 40, I think.

I suspect it is not possible to count when you have that many! I'm up to 24 now but that includes 8 that are 7 weeks old today.
