Lol, did I tell you about the day I brought the Seramas home?

I was not able to take them home before picking her up from work, so I had to get creative. It was raining really bad, and the interstate is going through a lot of changes so I missed 2 exits, and was in a pretty crappy mood. My wife knew I was frustrated, so when she got in the car and heard me playing "chirping birds" on the radio, she asked if I was trying to calm down. I said yes, "It's much easier to listen to than all this traffic."

About 10 minutes in to the ride she says "Do you mind turning it down, it's a bit ear piercing?" So I just reached down and pulled the cords from my phone. "Wow, I didn't know you phone was so loud, the volume didn't even change." She was very confused...

So when we pulled up to the gas station so I could get a drink, I turned the video I was watching/listening to off. "Huhhhh, you have birds in the car!!!"

"You want anything hun?" **car door thuds closed**

When I got back in the car she had all 3 of them perched on her with this look only a wife could have. She was not happy considering it was only 24 hours after she told me NO MORE BIRDS! Good thing the Seramas are cute though, she couldn't resist and a few minutes later told me she actually really liked the, but
NO MORE BiRDS!

That was... at least a half doze birds and 24 hatching eggs ago...

You are crafty! At least she likes them.

Penny does this thing where she stands with her mouth open making quaking movements but not sounds.... It’s only when I’m filling up to pool. Guess she gets super excited.

If I’ve learned ANYTHING about call ducks, it’s that they are really talkative.

Maybe that is why they are named "Call" ducks. I call you, you call me, I call you back, you call me back. And on it goes.

Once they're all hatched I'll have to count them I know there's over 20 babies there are 2 pipped eggs left in the incu.

I candled the 6 that hadnt pipped and they were all dead, no internal pips.
