These pickles are going to be canned in vinegar, but I do want to try fermenting some cucumber pickles.
I don't have any purebred Sannen goats, but I do have some Nubian crosses that have a possibility of being partly Sannen.

The fermented pickles are more testy in my opinion.

Yes, it has to age for at least 6 months.
I am using organic calf rennet.
