I don’t think I’ll get ducks right away once I get my own property. I want to do some more research on them. If I do get any I will only keep 5 max, 4 duck hens and a drake. I’ll hatch ducklings and eat the drakes and sell the duck hens.Well once you get your own property and a duck house built... there’s no excuse![]()
I shipped eggs. I'm not NPIP.How awful would it be if I shipped call eggs this spring without being NPIP?I really don’t wanna have my flock tested. Plus it’s not like I’m a breeder who ships eggs all the time... soo.

Well I probably wouldn’t have an excuse. It’s not like they check, right? As long as I check with the person receiving the eggs... I think it’ll be fine. But idunno. Thanks Cy!I shipped eggs. I'm not NPIP.
I have the shortage to blame.

Screw people. If my property is zoned for agriculture and a couple hundred feet away from my property line is a development of city folk, too bad on them.Calls are LOUD. So when picking out a house, choose somewhere without close neighbors. My neighbor complained about the guineas loud noises all the time (I mean, who wouldn’t?) and there wasn’t a thing he could do about it.

But still, it’s nice to not get complaints.
